Journey through 2022

 It's, 2022 and just entered a phase called "public service". Yeah, as the name suggests "in the service of public". So, it has lot to do with the people.

It all started with a 'tutoring project' on 'how', 'when', 'why' and 'what'. 'How' here meant the way of dealing with things we encounter, 'when' means the right time to deal so that benefit penetrates to the last person(antyodaya), 'why' states the reason to reach out to deprived and needy and 'what' means the benefit itself.
This 'tutoring project' or training has held at HCM, RIPA(The training institute for premier services of Rajasthan). Many learnings came across my path directly and indirectly. Many new, young and ignited brains paved my way. People woth similar interests were introduced.

First of all, a brick was laid through foundation course with multiple services learning and practising coordination together, giving their inputs together to make a better output in the field(field here means the workplace, the ground). The coordination will surely have an impact on service delivery. Some were exposed to field and some were again inducted into INSTITUTIONAL COURSE which was service-specific. "Making an officer field-ready" was the only motive.
What next? District attachments, problems and their solutions, cooperating & learning with fellow batchmates and showcasing the intent to deliver something fruitful and long-lasting. 

Family played a crucial and supportive role on every step as we climb the staircase of service.

Year, 2022 now came to an end.
New year, new friends,new people, new journeys and new destinations. There were many ups and downs, praises and punishments, hopes and pessimism but what kept us moving?
The strength of humanity shouldn't be weakend, the ignited minds must have their flames alive, the zeal and enthusiasm to do something shouldn't die. In the end,
मुसाफिर हूँ यारों, न घर है न ठिकाना, मुझे बस चलते जाना है
